Limited Run kits often sell out in a few weeks. The kit will begin shipping December 31st 2025. AFTER CHRISTMAS. You will receive an email when it ships. ALSO: if you place an order for this kit along with any other items, they will all be shipping after 12/31/25.

All of the color and laser cut signage shown as well as over a dozen sheets of 3D diagrams and templates to make construction of the kit easier, are included.

PLUS: Laser cut clapboard, scribed and board and batten walls; laser cut roof cards and sidewalks.  Over 50 3D Printed and metal details are included.  Tichy mold injected doors and windows, laser cut doors, windows and details.

Railroad Avenue features ten bustling businesses across an entire city street.

Trautman's Tool & Knife - A wedge shaped corner structure featuring an exterior stairway to the basement by way of a 3D Printed part and laser cut wrought iron  railing up top.  Approx. 3" x5" 

Halleck Linoleum & Teasle Electric - with a classic roof line and dormers it shares its walls with a neighbor, Teasle Electric - which includes an upper loft with buildable interior section. Approx. 5.5" x 5"

Godey Metal Ceilings  - a narrow structure wedged between larger ones. Approx. 1.5" x 5"

Sisser Bros. Freight and A. Cohen Truck Covers- this substantial building anchors the entire block with it's height and width; featuring a detailed loading dock, exterior fire escapes, roof top billboard and more.   Approx. 5.5" x 5"

McClure Electric Motors - this small business in the shadow of it's tall neighbor features a brick wall and loading dock. Approx 2.25" x3"

Backlinie Marine Supplies - multiple roof angles make for an interesting stand alone structure if desired. Approx. 3.25" x 5"

Kemp Diner - an art deco relic from another era features a classic deco facade including a vintage glass block window, seldom found in an HO scale kit. Approx 5.75" x 3"

Durham Cork - anchors the end of the block as another wedge shaped structure with many angles giving it a unique silhouette from any view. Approx 3.5" x 5.5"
