Pelican Rock is home to Searle Bros. Packing, a long established fish packer. Across the cobblestone street, stands Rebello Wholesale Beef and Degraw Poultry serving the needs of local markets inland or a boat ride away. Hootkin’s Marine Paints serves the local fishing fleet with their crucial anti-fouling paint. Kastel’s Marine Hardware is the place to go for boat parts and supplies. If you’re running low on fuel, on land or sea, tie up at Blake’s Gas Dock or pull up to the filling station at street level.

We’ve been looking forward to releasing this kit for months now; it was a blast to build as waterfront scenes are our favorite to model. Fish on the dock, pigeons making a mess on the roof, low tide - it's our worst smelling kit so far!
This years kit includes all new 3D printed details, including seagulls, pigeons and a pelican, with a fish in his beak of course.
The kit also includes a 3D printed forklift, bins and crates of fish as well as a rack of the days large fish catch for the dock.
All of the color and laser cut signage shown as well as over a dozen sheets of 3D diagrams and templates to make construction of the kit easier, are included.
PLUS: Laser cut clapboard, scribed and board and batten walls; laser cut roof cards and sidewalks. Over 50 3D Printed and metal details are included. Tichy mold injected doors and windows, laser cut doors, windows and details.
The Structures:
EXCELLENT VALUE! Add up the structures in this kit and separately they would retail for $600.
Searle Bros. Fish Packing - Sitting at the edge of the harbor, Searle Bros. packs and processes fish. Two service catwalks meet on a roof to access the numerous pipes used to keep the facility running.
Rebello Wholesale Beef - with beef racks right on the street, Rebello’s is a busy meat packer serviced by rail and truck in the rear of the structure.
Degraw Poultry - Nestled in a corner, DeGraw’s has always had a hard time containing there product. You’ll usually see a gang of chickens making a break for it ( chickens included!)
Hootkin’s Marine Paints - This aging edifice winds its way down the street towards the waterfront, with it’s distinct classical cupola and barrel vaulted dormers . These are 3D printed, making for great detail and ease of building.
Kastel Marine Hardware - sitting on pilings, it’s skewed angles mimic the zig zag rocks nearby, as well as its precarious stairway and catwalk.
Blake’s Gas Dock and Filling Station - a small floating gas dock serves the harbor, connected by a steel gangway that leads to a street level filling station.
