Included in the kit are the nearly 40 detail parts, both 3D Printed and metal cast, scale lumber, laser cut details, mold injected plastic windows, color signs and assembly instructions, featuring 3D drawings and diagrams for easier assembly.
Figures and scenery not included. Approx. footprint 3.5" x 12". Plus .75" deep loading dock.
