Floating Pile Driver -
No waterfront is complete without a pile driver to build it! This pile driver design has been used throughout much of the 20th century, helping to build docks and piers on rivers, in harbors and lakes, shoring up coast lines and more. They were used by shoring contractors, railroads and municipalities. The deck itself, as busy and cluttered as your waterfront.

The first craftsman kit we built was a similar pile driver by Fine Scale Miniatures, back in 1999. It was inspiring to say the least! We found a prototype design similar that great FSM kit. We hope you get the same enjoyment building this kit.
